By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties understand and agree upon the arrangements to protect both the customer and our business.


1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. While we aim to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will:

  • Ship the available items

  • Contact you regarding the backordered product

  • Offer the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery destination of the items in your order.

Shipping fees are paid at the time of purchase and will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.


3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Change of Mind

Rbuk accepts returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund. Shipping costs paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.


3.2 Warranty Returns

Rbuk will honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.

Customers must initially cover the return shipping cost. If the warranty claim is approved, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.

Warranty claims are usually processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If the claim is approved, customers may choose one of the following:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit

  • Replacement item (if available)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Our typical processing and delivery times are:

Handling Time:
1 – 3 business days

Economy Shipping:
5 – 8 business days (Free)

Standard Shipping:
3 – 4 business days (£15)


4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.


4.3 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can be made before the order has been dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.


4.4 Items Out of Stock

If an item in your order becomes unavailable:

  • Available items will be shipped immediately

  • The remaining item will be shipped once it is back in stock

  • Alternatively, a refund may be offered


4.5 Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier.


6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please refuse delivery if possible

  • Contact our support team immediately

If the parcel was delivered without your presence and appears damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.


7. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value stated by the shipping carrier.

7.1 Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed damaged during transit, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund

after the carrier's investigation is completed.

7.2 Lost Parcels

If a shipment is declared lost by the courier, we will issue either:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, customers must follow the return procedure outlined above.
